Amber was born in New Zealand in 1964. After finishing school Amber was employed in various management roles of 5 star international hotels both in Australia and overseas before she joined Australia’s largest airline. After spending 20 years in managerial roles and living the jet setting life she made a decision to stop working for a wage and building other people’s businesses. Instead she decided to follow her passion of property investment, renovation and development and join Adrian as a full-time business partner to work on building their architectural business archizen and establish the Real Estate Development Club.
While working in their architectural practice it didn’t take Amber long to realise that both her and Adrian were working long hours for their wages while literally helping their property developer clients make extraordinary profits and accumulate significant wealth.
So along with Adrian she made a decision to work smarter and not harder by emulating successful real estate entrepreneurs. But unlike traditional property developers, she didn’t want to just sell and make quick profits. Instead she realised that one of the biggest advantages of property development was the ability to create regular Cashflow while at the same time Build Equity and long-term wealth.
With clearly defined roles Amber is responsible for Acquisitions, Finance and Sales while Adrian is head of Design and Construction. Now in her dream role and in a position where she oversees operations she openly admits because she never liked being told what to do, how to do it and when to do it, she never made a good employee.
After repeated requests from both clients and friends Amber decided to document their step-by-step system and share the same formula they use. The result is the online “Real Estate Development Home Education Learning Program” (RED HELP).
Amber along with Adrian are the founders of the Real Estate Development Club where they help budding property entrepreneurs get started in small real estate development.
They live in Sydney with their two sons Zack and Blake.
