| Who Is Paul Tooze?
Paul was born in 1962 and grew up in a working class area of Birmingham, England. A hard working ethic was instilled from 2 parents who put all their efforts into raising 5 children and owning their own home, all on very average wages. This believe of hard work and home ownership has been an integral part of Pauls ethics, ideals and effort into his wealth creation strategy.

Paul bought his first home in 1982 for $34,000.and carried out a complete renovation, walls, roof, floors, kitchen and bathroom. All at the age of 21. Paul was to double the value of this property within 18 months and was hooked on property from there on. After a further 5 homes, all with renovations and a doubling in value it was time for a major change.

Paul and his partner Catriona moved to Australia in 2004. Deciding not to put all of their resources into a single property but to spread their finances over a number of houses. This was to be the start of the realisation of the power of property and the effect of compounding interest. Coupled with a keen understanding for the need of education in the property investing world Paul set about attending seminars, mentorship courses, self development programs and general reading of as much literature as possible.

In amongst all of this finding time to gain a Diploma of Business (Marketing), helping to raise 3 children and buying 8 properties throughout Queensland. The latest in Noosa, another renovation, which yielded $350.00 per week, $50.00 per week more than the agent expected, mind you this area is under great demand. Hence the need to buy well. The great rental yield was due to the quality of the renovation. All materials were sourced at discount prices through a network of suppliers in South East Queensland. There would be similar network in all capitals.

This lead to the establishment of www.InvestorLinks.com.au. A site dedicated to providing links to as many useful investing and motivational sites as possible, all with something to offer. .
So came about the association with www.PropertyBooks.com.au and John Blackburn. .
John decided to seek pastures new and Paul jumped at the opportunity to add Propertybooks to his portfolio of web sites with the desire to assist others to find financial freedom through the media of property.
Paul is also a fully active Real Estate Agent, with a Diploma in Business and Marketing, working for the largest and most successful National agency and is very active in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane.

Paul and Catriona hope to be able to bring property investors access to lierature, DVDs and software at competitive prices. Helping everyone to have the ability to further their hopes and desires no matter which stage they are at.
