Sam Vannutini's knowledge and expertise in renovating is based on the many lessons learned from his "hands on" experience; as well as his many years in the Real Estate industry where he has helped clients do the same through his private workshops and mentoring.

Following the recession of the early 1990's, Sam found himself on the wrong end of some bad investment decisions and on the verge of bankruptcy.  This hardship was to become a critical turning point in his life.

"This was undoubtedly the lowest point in my life.  It has certainly been a long and interesting journey of self discovery to achieve the success that I enjoy today.  Along the way, I have been blessed by the love, support and encouragement of family, friends and mentors."
