Each product is assigned a specific number of Loyalty Points as determined from time to time by PropertyBooks.com.au

Each loyalty point is assigned the equivalent value of A$0-10c (ten cents) when redeeming on a product.

No protrata, portion, decimal point or fraction of a Loyalty Point can be accrued or redeemed. eg for a product valued at $29-75, the member would need 298 Loyalty Points.

Loyalty Points can only be redeemed against existing in-stock products from the PropertyBooks.com.au online store and not be redeemed for cash or other form of exchange.

Loyalty Points accrued by a member remain valid for the life of the membership but will be cancelled and become void when the membership expires, cancelled or ended.

A member can apply to redeem points by online form, fax or other method that may apply at the time of application.

Minimum redemption is 100 Loyalty Points per order. No maximum applies.

The amount being redeemed must cover the current cost of the product(s) being ordered plus any P & H that may apply.

Where the number of Loyalty Points being redeemed does not cover the full cost of the product selected, the member must pay the full amount of the product by normal payment methods and PropertyBooks.com.au will effect a refund equal to the portion being funded by Loyalty Points in a timely manner.

Loyalty Points can not be redeemed against the product or order for which they were accrued or assigned.

No Loyalty Points will accrue on products purchased using Loyalty Points.

Loyalty Points can not be bought, sold, traded or transfered to, from or between other members or parties.
