Some time after their return to Melbourne from the Gold Coast event, John and Greg met again at an industry conference and quickly discovered there was synergy between their different skills - John had the property and marketing knowledge and Greg had the IT technology. They both recognised that by combining their skills, knowledge and experience, they could produce an on-line information centre that gave "average" Australian's quick and easy access to knowledge and information that for most was very hard to find - and so the seeds of PropertyBooks.com.au were sown!

During September 2006 Greg decided to persue a rare business opportunity in online global content delivery. As a result, John bought out Greg and became sole Director and owner of PropertyBooks.com.au.
