Let me introduce myself.  My name is Judith Heeps (aka DIY Renovation Queen).  I am not a real estate agent, just an ordinary person who has mastered the skill of selling, buying and renovating properties myself.   I have a "can do" attitude and this year alone, I have learnt how to use a chain saw, power saw and decided to undertake the mammoth task of lining a shipping container myself, without any previous experience, and turning it into an office.  I am constantly learning new skills. I love learning and passing on my experience and knowledge to help and empower other people.

My journey into real estate started because several people told me that they had no idea of how to sell a property.  Because I had always sold my own properties, I decided to share my knowledge so I went home and wrote my first book $ell Your Own Home.  I wrote and self published my second book a year later called Buy Your Own Home or Investment Property.   I have never used a real estate agent and have successfully sold all of my properties myself.
