If for any reason you are not absolutely, totally 100% DELIGHTED with anything you order from us, simply send it back (we must actually receive the product so get a tracking number off Aus Post) and we will refund  your money in full in the form of a credit on your account with us. This is for a full 60 DAYS from the day it arrives on your doorstep... not 7 Days, not 14 Days, not 30 Days, but a FULL 60 DAYS.  You're either 100% Satisfied or you get your Money Back in FULL.

At we will happily exchange or refund (in the form of a store credit), within 60 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and do not fall within the special exceptions* below.

*Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refunds on Gift Cards, Sale items, CD's or DVD's unless the seal is intact or items supplied by a Merchant. Refunds will be provided at any time if an item is faulty, does not do what it's supposed to do, or is significantly different to that shown or described to you.

To return something you must first tell us. We we will then give you instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please go to the below link and send us an email but please be aware that we post out within hours, not days in most cases. It may not be possible to stop the delivery.

The return to us is your responsibility and the risk for the returned item does not fall on to us until the item has been accepted by us into our warehouse.

The item must be in:-

1. In perfect resaleable contion or

2. In the damaged condition as described by you.
