Swarnie Condon proudly says that she's an Executive Assistant by day and a property addict by night. Together with her husband, John, the Sydney based investor has amassed a multi million dollar portfolio of nine houses and apartments, so she's well on her way to reaching her retirement goal of 15 investment properties.
