ABOUT WENDY BUCKINGHAM
Wendy’s career background includes journalism, broadcasting, small business ownership, coaching and training. She has had over 30 years experience in the Australian media as a feature writer for some leading newspapers and magazines.
Working with her clients (and herself) Wendy discovered that guiding her clients to set powerful authentic goals was just the beginning of the story. It was helping them to identify and handle the “stuff” or obstacles, real and perceived, that were blocking their path, that was the real key to a happier and more fulfilled life.
Wendy’s favourite subjects as a writer were always personal development and real estate. In the 80’s she was Property Editor on the Sydney Daily Telegraph and later a contributor to the Sydney Morning Herald.
In 2001 she wrote her goal planning and life-skills handbook Ready Set Goal! which brought her work together in a simple format for success. She has now followed this up by marrying the principles of goal planning and successful real estate investment in her new book Ready Set Real Estate Goal! to specifically provide the missing link between goal planning and real estate.
She is planning a third book in the Ready Set Goal Series – Ready Set Relationship Goal! to be released next year.
In 1990 with her husband Paul Buckingham she founded Class One Productions Pty Ltd, which produces creative and inspiring audio and video products for many leading trainers and businesses – several of whom, Robert Kiyosaki, Dolf de Roos and John Burley, are authors listed on this site.
Wendy is a graduate of the leading American coaching school CoachU Inc and has been credentialed as a coach by the International Coach Federation. She also has her Certificate IV in workplace Training and Assessment. She is regularly requested to speak and give workshops on goal planning and networking.
